Good to know
Can the V-Class have a TV and PlayStation?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we prepare a Mercedes V-Class with a screen and a PlayStation, so your client can relax, play or watch on the way to training, the airport or a night out.
Do you pay commission to concierges and PAs?
Yes. Partners who book for their clients receive 10 to 15 per cent commission, or we bill a monthly account in your company name. Your client only ever deals with you.
Will the chauffeur be discreet?
Always. Our chauffeurs are suited, briefed and never post or talk about who they drive. They can sign an NDA on request, and we never use client names in our marketing.
How short notice can you do?
Message the concierge desk on WhatsApp at any hour. We confirm availability straight away and often have a car with your client within the hour in central London.
Can you cover airports and private jets?
Yes. We meet clients at Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton and Stansted, and at private jet terminals such as Farnborough, Biggin Hill and RAF Northolt, with flights tracked so the car is waiting.
Can you drive outside London?
Yes. Most journeys start or finish in London, but we regularly quote trips to training grounds, stadiums, studios and events further afield. Ask the desk for a fixed price.
