Heathrow has four passenger terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. With a meet and greet booking, your chauffeur waits for you inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board, so you never have to look for the car in a car park.
Before you fly
- Give us your flight number when you book. We use it to track the flight and to confirm the terminal.
- You will receive your chauffeur's name, photo and phone number by WhatsApp before you travel.
- Tell us about anything unusual: extra luggage, a pram or golf bags, a child seat, or a VIP suite meeting point.
Where you will be met
After passport control and baggage reclaim, you walk through customs into the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur waits at the barrier where arriving passengers come out, holding a name board. If you would prefer not to have your name displayed, we can use a word of your choice instead.
| Terminal | Where your chauffeur waits |
|---|---|
| Terminal 2 (The Queen's Terminal) | Arrivals hall, at the barrier as you leave customs |
| Terminal 3 | Arrivals hall, at the barrier as you leave customs |
| Terminal 4 | Arrivals hall, at the barrier as you leave customs |
| Terminal 5 | Arrivals hall, at the barrier as you leave customs |
Airlines occasionally move between terminals, so we always check the terminal against your flight number on the day.
How long does it take to get through?
It depends on the time of day, your passport and whether you have checked luggage. We start your free waiting time when the plane lands, not at the scheduled arrival, and include 90 minutes, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim on all but the busiest days. If you are delayed further, message your chauffeur and they will wait.
From the terminal to the car
Your chauffeur takes your luggage and walks you to the car, which is parked close by. Mayfair is typically 45 to 75 minutes from Heathrow, depending on traffic. Water and phone chargers are on board.
