ARRIVALS
Arriving at St Pancras International
Eurostar trains from Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam arrive at St Pancras International. In most cases UK border checks take place before you board, so you walk off the train and straight out through the arrivals area, where your chauffeur is waiting with a name board.
We follow your train from departure, so if it runs late your chauffeur simply waits for the new arrival time. Your chauffeur helps with luggage from the arrivals area to the car, and the car is parked as close to the station as the roads around St Pancras allow.
Usual journey times by car, depending on traffic: Mayfair 15 to 30 minutes, Knightsbridge and Belgravia 25 to 40 minutes, the City 15 to 25 minutes, Canary Wharf 25 to 40 minutes, and Heathrow around an hour, longer at peak times.
DEPARTURES AND CONNECTIONS
Leaving by Eurostar, or connecting to a flight
Eurostar asks passengers to arrive in time for security and passport checks, and the recommended time is shown on your ticket. Tell us your train time and we will plan the pickup around it, allowing extra time on Friday afternoons and before school holidays, when the roads around King's Cross and Euston Road are at their busiest.
Many guests arrive by Eurostar and fly on the same day or the next. We can take you from St Pancras to Heathrow, Gatwick, London City or a private jet terminal such as Farnborough or Biggin Hill, at a fixed price agreed before you travel.
For families or groups with several cases, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to six with room for luggage, and the Executive Sprinter takes up to eight. Need the car for longer, for meetings or a day in London after you arrive? Hourly hire keeps the same car and chauffeur with you from £85 an hour.
