How it works
- Book. Use our booking form or WhatsApp +44 7770 077009 with your name, collection time and flight number if relevant. Hotel concierge teams can book on a guest's behalf.
- Confirmation. You receive a fixed price and written confirmation. Before travel, we send your chauffeur's name, photograph and mobile number.
- Collection at Claridge's. Your chauffeur arrives at the Brook Street entrance ahead of time and lets you know when the car is outside. If you are running late, there is 30 minutes' free waiting.
- Arriving at Claridge's. From the airport, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board and brings you directly to the hotel entrance, with luggage taken in.
