A conference runs on timings. We collect keynote speakers from the airport or their hotel, shuttle delegates between venues and dinners, and keep a car on standby for the moments that are not on the schedule.
You get one coordinator, one transport plan and one fixed quote for the whole event, from the first arrival to the last airport drop.

Transparent rates for the whole programme
Excluding VAT. Three-hour minimum by the hour (four hours for the Sprinter). Multi-vehicle and contract rates on request. Vehicles are the stated model or a similar class.

Do you collect speakers from the airport?
Yes, from all London airports and private aviation terminals, with flight tracking and meet and greet.
Can you run shuttles between venues?
Yes, with executive Sprinters and V-Class on a timed loop or on demand.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can for large events; we can also cover short-notice requests.
Can you invoice our client directly?
Yes, we can bill you or your client, as you prefer.
