How we look after your information.
Mayfair White Gloves ("we") provides chauffeur services from Level 1, One Mayfair Place, London W1J 8AJ. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. Contact: concierge@mayfairwhitegloves.com.
When you request a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and journey details (dates, times, addresses, flight number, passengers, luggage and any requests you choose to share).
We use your information only to arrange, confirm and carry out your journeys, to contact you about them, and to keep the records we are required to keep. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the business. We never sell your information.
Your journey details are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your booking. Booking requests are stored with our website and form provider (Wix) and may be sent to us by email or WhatsApp. These providers act on our instructions.
We keep booking records for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes, and then delete them.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing concierge@mayfairwhitegloves.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
