Excluding VAT. Three-hour minimum by the hour (four hours for the Sprinter). Multi-vehicle and contract rates on request. Vehicles are the stated model or a similar class.

THE CARS
Which car for whom
Most weddings use a small mix of cars. The couple usually travel in a Rolls-Royce: the Phantom for a classic arrival, or the Cullinan for country venues, gravel drives and photographs with a little more height. Parents and close family travel in a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or Range Rover, and the bridal party goes together in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which seats up to six.
For guests, the Executive Sprinter seats up to eight and runs on a set schedule between ceremony, reception and hotels, so nobody is left looking for a taxi at midnight. Couples looking for a single car rather than a planner package can see wedding car hire in London.
EXAMPLE
A sample wedding day plan
Here is how transport might run for a central London wedding with a ceremony at 2pm and a reception nearby. This is an example only; your quote depends on the timings and number of cars.
The Phantom collects the bride at 1.15pm, waits through the ceremony and photographs, and takes the couple to the reception: four hours, from £700. The V-Class collects the bridesmaids and takes them on to the reception: three hours, £255. Two Executive Sprinters run guests from the ceremony to the reception and back to their hotels at the end of the night: four hours each, from £960 for both. Total from £1,915, excluding VAT, with one coordinator running the plan on the day.
Every car on the day is briefed on the same timeline, and your team has one number to call if anything changes.
PLANNING TIPS
Making the transport run smoothly
Send us the date as early as you can, especially for Saturdays from spring to early autumn: the Rolls-Royce cars are arranged on request, and the earlier we have the date, the easier it is to hold the car you want.
Share the final timeline about a week before the wedding, with names, pickup addresses and any venue access rules. Build ten to fifteen minutes of buffer around photographs and the end of the ceremony, and check whether the venue has parking or loading restrictions so we can plan where the cars wait.

How far ahead should we book wedding cars?

Yes. The bridal car is dressed with ribbons in the colours you choose.
What is the minimum hire for a wedding?
Three hours for each car, or four hours for the Executive Sprinter. All prices exclude VAT.
