One coordinator handles the whole schedule: VIP pickups, timed drop-offs at the red carpet, guest shuttles between venues and hotels, and the late runs home after the last speech.

One price list for every car on the night
Excluding VAT. Three-hour minimum by the hour (four hours for the Sprinter). Multi-vehicle and contract rates on request. Vehicles are the stated model or a similar class.

Good to know
Can you handle several cars at once?
Yes. We coordinate multi-vehicle movements for arrivals, shuttles and departures, and quote the whole plan as one fixed price.
Do you offer agency rates?
Yes. Regular agency partners receive trade rates and priority availability on busy dates.
Can chauffeurs sign an NDA?
Yes, on request. Discretion is part of the service.
How late can we change the plan?
Up to the night itself. Message the coordinator and we adjust the schedule.
